We have a specialisation in dealing with small limited liability companies with particular expertise in the IT Contractor field. The firm was created at the end of 2003 following a Management Buyout of part of Pope Batty Ltd. This business had been in existence for approximately 30 years and had a long history of dealing with IT Contractors, business development and general taxation and accountancy advice. There was also a specialisation in taxation as the original founders of the practice had been experts in that field.
