Company Incorporations

We can offer a very fast service of UK company incorporation. This is done as a bespoke incorporation rather than by way of 'off the shelf' companies so the company is incorporated when you order it and is set up in exactly the way you want with the correct details from the start. This removes the problems associated with 'shelf' companies where you need to change the name, addresses, officers and shareholders before you can open a bank account or even use it.

Our service is as quick as Companies House's workload allows. We would normally expect this to be within 2 working days but commonly within 1 working day. Our quickest turnaround so far was within 1 hour but we can't promise that will happen too often!

To set up the company we will require the following details:

Once you have a few ideas about a name for the company, you may wish to look at the Companies House web site, which is at www.companies-house.gov.uk and use the 'company information' facility. We would suggest that you also check the old companies area as it would not be sensible to incorporate a company with the name of one that have been insolvent before it was closed. Also be aware that certain 'sensitive' words cannot be used and others require prior approval before you can use them in your company's name.

This can be set as our address for a fixed annual sum. We recommend that our clients use this service so we receive any statutory documents direct. We will not charge clients any extra for this.

Identification
For identity purposes on our incorporation system we require three of the following for each officer of the company:

Town of birth
Telephone number
National Insurance number
Passport number
Mother's maiden name
Eye colour
Father's forename

We will always provide a fixed quote for our fees for any work that you would like us to undertake and will also give you the opportunity to pay by standing order whilst the work is done. Most of our clients pay their annual fees by way of monthly standing order.

We will also guarantee the standard of our work and that we will help you to meet the statutory deadlines.
