Our aim is to remove all of the administration worries involved in running your contracting business through a limited company. We look after the bookkeeping, VAT, PAYE, company and personal taxation and accountancy. We also ensure that the requirements of the Registrar of Companies are met. This is done for a flat monthly fee of £95.00 plus VAT (i.e. £1140 plus VAT per calendar year). We can arrange cheaper packages by removing certain elements of the work but we would strongly advise a new contractor to go for our full package - certainly while finding their feet in the industry. We are also happy to assist in setting up suitable low cost banking arrangements for the company in which interest is received on the company's current account. If you need advice on pension and investment matters, we will be pleased to introduce you to an Independent Financial Adviser who specialises in your particular Industry. Generally, we have a number of initial discussions with a new contractor client to advise on setting up and to answer any queries or concerns there might be on the new business. We also then acquire the limited company and establish the necessary accounting systems. The cost of acquiring and setting up the company is £125 plus VAT. However, for new contractors taking on our full service for a minimum of twelve months we provide a free company. We can also advise on the issues that specifically affect small companies such as IR35, S660 and the latest corporation tax/dividends legislation. Please note that we make no additional charge for our bookkeeping service unlike a number of our competitors. We will always provide a fixed quote for our fees for any work that you would like us to undertake and will also give you the opportunity to pay by standing order whilst the work is done. Most of our clients pay their annual fees by way of monthly standing order. We will also guarantee the standard of our work and that we will help you to meet the statutory deadlines.
